Deacon Board

The Deacon Ministry plays a vital role in supporting the Pastor, strengthening the congregation, and advancing the Gospel of JESUS CHRIST.

Rooted in Acts 6:1–7 (KJV), the Biblical foundation of deaconship emphasizes faithful service, spiritual maturity, and wisdom. 1 Timothy 3:8–13 (KJV) further outlines the qualifications of deacons, calling them to lives of integrity, faithfulness, and GODly character.

Eureka MBC Deacons serve with compassion and humility, assisting the Pastor through Biblical teaching, prayer, hands-on ministry, and congregational care. From visiting the sick and imprisoned to comforting the bereaved and guiding souls toward CHRIST, their responsibilities reflect the heart of a servant.

As St. Mark 10:45 (KJV) reminds us, “For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister.”
