Accepting JESUS CHRIST begins a lifelong journey of faith, spiritual growth, and obedience to GOD’s Holy Word.
The Bible compares CHRIST’s relationship with HIS Church to a sacred marriage. Ephesians 5:25 (KJV) declares, “Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it.” As the Bride of CHRIST, the Church must remain faithful, growing in holiness and devotion to HIM.
2 Timothy 2:15 (KJV) instructs believers, “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”
Spiritual maturity requires progressing from the “milk” to the “meat” of GOD’s Word. Hebrews 5:13–14 (KJV) explains, “For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe. But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age.” Here, the apostle emphasizes moving beyond elementary teachings toward deeper Biblical understanding, spiritual discernment, and mature Christian living.
Through prayer, Bible study, Christian fellowship, and faithful service, we grow in grace (2 Peter 3:18).
